Caleb & Victor - 4th HOH

It's Gist 'O clock. Last Friday was packed with series of amazing experiences at TIIDELab Fellowship physical meet up. It was an amazing opportunity to learn from our amiable founder, Mr. Kadir Salami, who spoke to us on "Securing your Income into the future". During his talk, he gave us three master steps to securing our income: Creating values, Becoming noticed, and Consistently Preparing with Practice. It was an insightful session that left us all inspired.

The highlight of the meet up was the visit by delegates from INDUSTRIAL TRAINING FUND, NIGERIA and Nigeria Employers'​ Consultative Association (NECA) who were impressed with the progress we have made in the fellowship program. It was great to see our hard work being recognized and appreciated by industry experts.

In addition, Caleb Olubayo ann I had the privilege of participating in the in-house Head of House Challenge and emerged as the new Head of House for the 5th week of the fellowship. This is a great opportunity for us to develop my leadership skills and I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.

I would like to express my gratitude to my mentor Aderoju Shamsudeen Adedapo for always being there for us and to TIIDELab , INDUSTRIAL TRAINING FUND,NIGERIA and Nigeria Employers'​ Consultative Association (NECA) for providing us with this amazing platform to learn and grow. I am looking forward to unfolding the greatness that lies ahead and making the most of this opportunity. Thank you all and here's to greatness!
